1. Product Authenticity

All our products are made from 92.5% pure sterling silver, hallmarked wherever applicable. Slight variations in design or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of some pieces.

All items come with a 925 silver authenticity certificate

2. Pricing

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹)

3. Orders & Payment

Orders will be processed once full payment is received
We accept online payments through secure gateways
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only on selected platforms and pin codes

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days
Delivery timelines depend on location and courier service
Delays due to logistics are not our responsibility once shipped

5. Return & Exchange

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and not customized. Exchanges are offered for size or damage issues subject to verification.

Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled

7. Intellectual Property

All content including product images, descriptions, and designs is the intellectual property of the brand and cannot be reused without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
